Creating My Account

You'll need to create an account to make purchases and to participate in the forum!

Here's how you can create your account.

Step 1. Select “My Account” from the drop-down menu.
Step 2. Under “New customer?”, click on create account.
Step 3. Create your user profile. Click “Create”.
Step 4. Your registration is completed when you've received an email from us!



1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping will take 5-7 working days.

2. Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders above $100. Otherwise it would cost $8 for local deliveries within SG.

3. Do you ship overseas?
We currently only ship within Singapore. If you wish to have our products shipped to you overseas, email us at sales@hellohuman.shop and we'll see how we can help!

4. How do I know when my item has been shipped?
You will receive an email when the item has been shipped. You will receive another email when the delivery has been marked as completed by our delivery partners.


Returns & Refunds

1. Can I return my purchase?

You can return your purchase to us within 7 days of receipt due to manufacturers' defects only. You have to ensure you fulfil our returns requirements and that you drop the item off at our physical shop.

Returns requirement:

  • Item should be in original and sealed packaging. Broken seals will not be accepted.
  • Email us at sales@hellohuman.shop to request for return.
  • Bring along a print out of your order confirmation email to tally the returned item and amount.

We reserve the right to decline the return if the above requirements are not met.

2. How long does it take to process the return?

When we receive the item at our shop, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund will be issued to you in 14 working days after we have confirmed the condition of the item.

3. How do I drop off the return item?

You have to make an appointment with us at sales@hellohuman.shop for the physical drop-off as we are currently not accepting walk-ins.

4. What if there are missing or defective items in the order?

Please reach out to us at sales@hellohuman.shop within 7 days and we will rectify the problem for you immediately.


Orders & Payments

1. What payment modes do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.

2. How do I know if my order has been confirmed/shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been made. You will receive another email when the order has left our facility for delivery.

3. What if I made the wrong order? Can I amend or cancel?
We are not able to accommodate amendments and cancellations as we process your order as soon as we receive them. You would be able to process a return when your receive the products.
